The Attorney General of Pennsylvania, along with his counterparts in more than a half-dozen other states is, asking the popular networking website "myspace.com" for names of registered sex offenders who use the service.

US soldiers serving overseas will be banned from using many popular websites including YouTube and MySpace used to keep in touch with family and friends, a US Army Commander said in a memo.

Sentencing begins this week for the so-called "MySpace killer."

Movie star Sylvester Stallone has pleaded guilty to bringing vials of human growth hormone into Australia, in an attempt to stay young and muscular.
Sydney's Downing Centre Local Court has been told Stallone admitted two charges of importing a prohibited import when he arrived at Sydney airport from the U.S. in February.

Jaime Pressly has given birth to a baby boy, People magazine reports. The actress, known for her Emmy-nominated role on NBC's "My Name Is Earl," and her DJ fiance Eric Cubiche, named their son, Dezi James, after delivery on Friday, Pressly's representative told the magazine. The 6-pound-4-ounce baby was born at 7:31 a.m. in Los Angeles.

Ty Pennington, host of ABC's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition," apologized to his fans and co-workers this week after he was arrested for drunken driving. "I made an error in judgment," Pennington said in a statement released through his publicist, Stan Rosenfield.

A California judge has today sentenced Paris Hilton to 45 days in jail for violating her probation, she was caught twice driving on a suspended license.
